When can I reach someone regarding my order?
Charged Jewelry customer service reps are available over the phone from 9 am – 5 pm PST Monday-Friday. You may also email us with any questions you may have: email@example.com.
Can my bracelet be customized into a different size of mixture of stones?
At this time we cannot accommodate customizations due to the fact that all completed bracelets make the trip to Sedona, AZ to be charged by the earth's natural energy in advance of your order. We are working towards offering customization requests in the future.
Are all of your bracelets really taken to a Sedona Vortex to be Charged?
100% Yes! We take all of our bracelets with us in a large batch every few months to Sedona, AZ to charge them with the earth's natural energy. Follow our expeditions on social media @shopcharged and watch your future bracelet get charged.
Will I receive a copy of the meaning of my stone with my order?
Yes. We include a customized tag complete with a short description on the meaning of your new bracelet.
PLACING AN ORDER:
How long does it take to receive my Charged Order?
We typically ship all orders within 3 business days. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an e-mail with information to track your package.
I ordered a pre-order, how long until I receive it?
Once we sell out of a gemstone, we switch our items back to a Pre-Order status. Pre-Orders take aprox. 6 weeks from the date purchased to be shipped. But rest assured, as soon as your order is placed, we are beginning the process of gathering your gemstones, polishing your balance beads, and Charging your bracelet. As soon as your order has shipped, we'll e-mail you a shipping notification and a link to track your bracelet.
What are my shipping options and charges?
We offer shipments through UPS or United States Postal Service(USPS). You may select your shipping method at time of check out. We ship Worldwide. Yes, Charged ships worldwide.
How are shipping charges calculated?
Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight and destination of the package. All items are shipped from our Los Angeles, California Studio.
Will I be charged sales tax?
Charged Jewelry is based in Los Angeles, California. All shipments with a California address will be charged a sales tax onto your total order.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, Afterpay, Paypal.
Will you ship to a different address than the one that appears on my credit card?
Yes, you have the option to select "Ship to a Different Address." This will allow you to ship to friends and family. Please remember if you are shipping to another address to update your information for your next purchase as the system will remember your last shipping destination.
If I haven't received my shipment, who do I contact?
Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email confirmation along with a tracking number. If you do not receive your tracking number or can not find your tracking number please contact us by filling out the "Contact Us" form and we will assist you in a timely manner. Or please call (323) 329-4929 and we will be able to provide you with the information regarding your order.

What is your return policy?
If you are not 100% satisfied with your Charged purchase, please contact us within 14 days so we can issue you an exchange or refund to your original payment method.
WHAT DOES "CHARGED" REALLY MEAN?
We named our company Charged Jewelry to reference the natural energy found within the earth; especially found in a Sedona Vortex. The Sedona Energy Vortex is a place where the earth’s energy swirls and draws to it’s center everything that surrounds it like a tornado. At these magical sites, trees often exhibit this swirling or twisting of their trunks due the powerful vortex energy at the core of a Sedona Vortex. The word "Charged" does not refer to being electromagnetic or reiki. Please note that all metaphysical or healing properties listed are collected from various sources. This information is offered as a service and not meant to treat medical conditions. Our bracelets are brought to Sedona to soak up the natural earth's energy. The genuine semi-precious gemstones used in each of our bracelets have been researched and are believed to hold certain capabilities. While we cannot guarantee these gemstones will change that specific aspect of your life, we whole-heartedly believe that you get back what you put out into the universe. Each bracelet is a constant reminder of that aspect of your life that you wish to "charge" and we believe that with natural positive energy all focused on that cause, you will see great results.
